Culvert Replacement
Under Existing Access Road
Completed in 2000
Issue:
A 12" culvert was installed under the access road several years ago is too small to deliver high seasonal runoff from the hillside adjacent to the road. It is imperative to reduce all sediment delivery from our road systems in to the streams through out the property. This particular section of the road is near the Cedar Creek tributary and does have a direct impact on the stream system.
Plan:
An 18" culvert is required to insure the surface runoff from the hillside flows directly into riparian area along the Cedar Creek tributary and into the system and not over the dirt road way.
